GOD CALLS MOSES TO LEAD HIS PEOPLE
Exodus 2:23-3:12
Key Verse: 3:8a1. God heard their cries (2:23-25).
The Israelites were still groaning in slavery and their cries for help went up to God. God heard them and remembered his covenant. They felt alone, but God’s deliverance was near.2. God calls Moses at the burning bush (3:1-6).
Moses was tending Jethro’s sheep and saw a strange bush on fire that did not burn up. It was the angel of the LORD in flames of fire. God called, “Moses! Moses! Take off your sandals, for [this] is holy ground.” Where God dwells is holy ground; so is the place where we meet God. God introduced himself as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Moses hid his face, afraid to look at God.3. God’s mission for Moses (7-12).
God saw his people’s misery, heard their crying and was concerned about their suffering. God came to rescue and bring them to the promised land that was flowing with milk and honey. God said to Moses, “Go, I am sending you to bring them out.” Moses objected, “Who am I?” God said, “I will be with you.” God promised to bring them out.Prayer: God of Abraham, thank you for not leaving us in our misery of sin, but coming to rescue us.
One Word: God has come to rescue us

I think it would be wonderful if we can have on this page the French Daily Bread as well.

Past French daily bread (Pain Quotidien) pages are available at this link:
Pain Quotidien
Unfortunately, there is no current French Daily Bread online as a webservice, or RSS feed. Daily Bread for francophones are available in a subscription format. Misn. Stephen Kwon can help in this subject.
In order to display French Daily Bread into our site, I would have to confer with S. Eric Nicolle or Dr. Marc Choi for the possibility to create one. Or I would have to develop something from our end to include it.
